The place was fairly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, plus it was conveniently located downtown.

The rooms were dirty, the bed were hard... It's smelled and the ac unit had a bad smell to it .

The location was comfortable - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, there was a lake within 25 mins walk from the hotel.

When we come to this place, we always enjoy our stay. the staff here is amazing, they are super helpful and pay close attention to our needs. Plus, you can easily park your car right here. 🚗

Went to take a shower, bugs all in the shower, not to mention toothpaste residue was on the shower curtain for who knows how long. Window screen was broken, so I couldn't even open the window for fresh air. My husband an I left around 9ish to go get food. Come back, groups of people just hanging out with my front desk staff, smelled like marijuana. You would have thought a skunk sprayed around them. My daughter even asked why it smelled like skunk. Quite obvious. Bought a room with a mini kitchen... Not one peice of silverware. Nothing. Didn't realize with my travels, I had to bring a whole kitchen set with me, even though I paid for a mini kitchen. I would never go back there again! Terrible

This place was in a good location with plenty of nearby restaurants 🍽️. The room was cozy and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was super clean throughout the hotel.

We had a really really nice time. The room we stayed in was brand-new and large and complete with a kitchen and dryer, for instance. Really helpful stuff gave advice on things to do. The restaurant had FRESHLY COOKED food.

It was also near a big fitness center, food places and a Cracker Barrel restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was incredibly comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring Chicago. Plus, having a fitness center, various dining options, and a nearby Cracker Barrel restaurant made it even better.
